CT/Cone Beam Scanner

Our cone beam scanner sees quite a bit of use here in our office. This machine has a sophisticated imaging system that allows us to capture highly detailed 3D images of your teeth, jaw, and other oral structures. In fact, this device even allows us to detect certain issues, like hidden areas of decay or progressive gum disease, before they have the chance to worsen.

Digital Dental Impressions

The traditional method of taking dental impressions isn’t exactly quick, easy, or comfortable for patients; it normally involves gooey, foul-tasting impression materials and considerable effort from dentists. Our team is excited to offer a much more convenient alternative: digital impressions. Using our CEREC technology, we can take accurate impressions that can be used that very same day to create beautiful, durable restorations and assist with other types of treatment planning.

Soft Tissue Laser

Our soft tissue laser provides gentle, precise, and effective treatment for a variety of dental concerns and for patients of all ages. One of the most common uses of our soft tissue laser is to treat gum disease. This innovative tool allows us to perform procedures with minimal discomfort and reduced healing times; it’s a much preferable alternative to traditional methods, which often involve using a scalpel.

Digital Cavity Detection

Early cavity detection is key to maintaining a healthy and gorgeous smile, and there is perhaps no device better suited for this task than our DIAGNOdent cavity detection system. This technology scans the teeth quickly and precisely, identifying even the smallest signs of hidden cavities that traditional methods might miss. From there, we can provide conservative, minimally invasive treatments to protect your teeth and prevent costly or complex cavity procedures down the road.

Intraoral Camera

This small device is capable of capturing high-resolution images from the inside of your mouth, which are then projected onto a nearby monitor for viewing by both you and Dr. Crowley-Le. This means that you’ll feel kept in the loop throughout your entire visit – and it also makes things much easier for Dr. Crowley-Le to explain, and she’ll be able to point them out on the screen!
